- Typos & Errors
In the rare event of a clerical error, GameCore reserves the right to change the listed price or information for any product with or without notice to the consumer, and refuse or cancel any orders placed under incorrect information. Any orders placed under incorrect information will have a full refund issued immediately.
- Credit Card Pre-Authorization
All users trading in merchandise for Instant Credit must provide a credit card to guarantee the authenticity of their claim of the condition of trade-in merchandise. Upon completion of a transaction involving a Trade-In for Instant Credit an amount equal to the asserted trade-in value of the merchandise is assessed against the Credit Card as a Pre-Authorization. In the event that the asserted condition of merchandise is on its face false upon reception, it is the decision of GameCore management to reassess the value of the game or to reject it. The presented credit card may be charged for a partial or full value of the merchandise under the Pre-Authorization.
- Rejected Merchandise
All rejected merchandise may be sent back to the seller at their expense within 30-days of its receipt by GameCore.

GameCore makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of this, the information, content, materials or products, included on this site. To the full extent permissible by applicable law. GameCore LLC. will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental punitive and consequential damages.
